Water Storage Systems
Many Hawaii Island households and businesses rely on rainwater catchment systems to supply their daily water needs. We design and supply steel and poly water tanks from 60 to 100,000+ gallons.
"An estimated 30,000 to 60,000 people in the state of Hawai‘i are dependent on a rainwater catchment system for their water needs. The majority of those people are located on the island of Hawai‘i in the Puna, Ka‘ū, and Hāmākua districts. With proper design, maintenance, and water treatment, a rainwater catchment system can provide water that is relatively free of contamination, soft, clear, and odorless; this water can be used for drinking, bathing, washing, flushing, laundry, and gardening"

At Waterworks we offer the two most popular types of water storage tanks
STEEL TANKS
Steel tanks offer a cost effective route to storing large volumes of water for residential or commercial use. The range of tank volumes is vast from 1,800 gallons to more than 100,000 gallons.
POLY TANKS
Poly tanks allow for a quicker setup and mobility at the cost of tank volume. Multiple tanks are commonly installed in series to create a finished system with the desired total volume.
